The manufacturer Christiani Wassertechnic GmbH (CWT) grants an international manufacturers warranty of 25 years from the date of invoice on all Vulcan Systems. The warranty covers material and production defects.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers the elimination of the idintified material or manufacturing defects free of charge. However, the warranty does not cover the cost of transportation to the distributor or manufacturer. Elimination of defect shall be by repair or replacement at the option of the manufacturer. Replacement equipment and parts may be new or refurbished. Performing warranty work will not extend or restart the warranty. To obtain warranty service, you must immediately report any defects as they become apparent to your distributor and provide a copy of your original invoice.

The warranty excludes

1. Defects caused by incorrect installation, start-up or operation.
2. Damages caused by external influences such as scratches, falls, mechanical influences, humidity and moisture.
3. Force majeure, such as lightning, fire, flood, storm, earthquake etc.
